FemTouch is a laser treatment used to support vaginal tissue health, delivered in a brief, private, in-office visit. The device applies controlled laser energy to the tissue, which prompts your body’s own collagen response. If FemTouch is a good fit, your provider maps a short series of sessions to your specific goals. If CO2LiftV or a referral to your OB/GYN would serve you better, we say so plainly.
A comfortable laser session
The FemTouch handpiece delivers laser energy to the vaginal tissue in a brief, in-office session. Most patients describe mild warmth and return to their normal activities the same day.
Gradual change, honestly tracked
Tissue rebuilds its own collagen over the following weeks, so comfort and tone improve gradually rather than overnight. We follow up to check your progress and talk through whether further sessions make sense.

Will FemTouch replace visits to my OB/GYN?
No, FemTouch will not replace your OB/GYN visits. We supplement, not replace, your OB/GYN, so annual exams, screenings, and any acute gynecologic concern still belong with your existing OB/GYN or primary care provider. FemTouch addresses vaginal tissue comfort specifically, alongside the care you already have, never instead of it.
Is FemTouch the same as the O-Shot, and do you offer it?
No, FemTouch and the O-Shot are different treatments, and the O-Shot is not one we perform or book at Pura Vida. If you came across it in your research, we are happy to explain honestly how it differs from FemTouch and CO2LiftV, and to help you decide what, if anything, makes sense for your situation.
How private is a FemTouch visit?
