Most consultations at Pura Vida run 30 to 90 minutes depending on what brings you in. Our hormone consultations run on the longer end, 60 to 90 minutes, long enough to review your history, set expectations, and book any follow-up visits in that same appointment. Injectable and skin consultations tend to move faster, but every visit starts the same way, with an unhurried conversation before we recommend a plan.

Yes, and we consider that part of good care. We treat conservatively, whether that means balancing your whole face for an injectable plan or building a hormone and weight plan step by step, and we will say no to anything we believe works against you later. If the honest answer is "not yet" or "not this," that is what you will hear.

It depends on what you are booking. Our Medical Spa at Island Lane handles injectables, lasers, hormone therapy, and clinical procedures, while our Day Spa at Eagle Harbor, about a mile away, is where massage, facials, and the salt cave live. If you are not sure, choose by treatment rather than address and we will route you to the right one, and our locations page lists hours and directions for both.

Just call your location as soon as you know your plans have changed. We would rather move your time to another patient who needs it than have it sit empty, and there is no need to explain why.
