How do I become a member?
You can enroll online through RepeatMD, our membership and rewards platform, using the “Become a Member” button on this page, or just ask our front desk at your next visit and we’ll set it up for you. There’s no enrollment fee to join.
Is there a commitment?
The 20% for 20 membership runs on a 12-month commitment. For the current terms on Diamond Plus and Get Well, Stay Well, ask our team or check the details on the enrollment page before you join, so you know exactly what you’re signing up for.
Does the 20% member pricing apply to everything?
Member pricing takes 20% off all services with one exception: BHRT (bioidentical hormone replacement therapy) is excluded. It applies every visit, all year, on both the medical and spa sides of Pura Vida.
Can I use my membership at both the Day Spa and the Medical Spa?
Yes. Pura Vida is one practice across two Fleming Island buildings, the Day Spa at Eagle Harbor and the Medical Spa at Island Lane, and your membership perks and member pricing follow you between them.
Can I share my membership or combine it with other specials?
Memberships are individual and can’t be shared, and member pricing doesn’t stack with other specials or promotions. A recurring card on file keeps your membership active, and additional salt room sessions are just $10 each whenever you want to add one.
