A visit starts with a few quiet minutes in our tranquility room or relaxation suites before your appointment, then your service (massage, a facial-adjacent treatment, lashes, waxing, or a spray tan) in a private treatment room, and time afterward in the halotherapy salt cave or infrared sauna if your schedule allows. There is no pressure to add anything on, and no sales pitch waiting at checkout; your therapist or aesthetician tailors the session to what your body needs that day.
What is the difference between the Day Spa and the Medical Spa?
The Day Spa at Eagle Harbor and the Medical Spa at Island Lane are the same team and the same standard of care, split across two Fleming Island buildings a mile apart: the Day Spa is where massage, lashes, waxing, spray tanning, and our salt cave and infrared sauna live, and the Medical Spa is where injectables, lasers, and physician-guided wellness happen. You never need to book the medical side to enjoy the Day Spa, and you can move between the two whenever, and if, you want to.
What should I wear to a Day Spa appointment?
Loose, comfortable clothing you can move in easily is the right call for most appointments, and we’ll give you specific guidance (a robe, disposable undergarments, or nothing at all beyond a towel) once you’re here, depending on your service. For the salt cave or infrared sauna, comfortable athletic wear or a swimsuit works well.
Do I need to tip at the Day Spa?
Tipping is appreciated but never expected, and there is no set percentage we ask for. Guests who want to tip their therapist or aesthetician directly are welcome to do so at checkout; it is simply a personal thank-you, not part of our pricing.
