Facial Contouring with dermal fillers

This patient in her thirties came to the office to discuss facial contouring and lip filler options with Nurse Practitioner Brittany Smith. She was interested in adding additional volume and increased vertical height to her lips and highlighting her cheeks and chin to create a heart shaped facial appearance. Her lip goals included achieving plump appearance, enhanced cupid's bow and a moderate amount of increased upper and lower lip height. She desired subtle enhancements to her cheeks and chin to make them "pop" for a more contoured heart shaped appearance. For the lips, Brittany Smith used a combination of the Julie Horne & Russian lip technique to obtain an moderate increased lip height, crisp lip borders, enhanced cupids bow and pouty lower lip plump. With a total of 2ml of Restylane Defyne, Brittany Smith was able to achieve this patients desired lip and facial contour goals.
