Bring us a printout or show us on your smartphone.
We will verify the product or service is in line with our policy, and match the price on the spot.

Our Price Match Guarentee DOESN'T Apply To
- Prices that are being offered below the legal manufacturer set pricing guidelines
- Non-verifiable prices
- Out-of-stock items
- Discontinued, clearance, closeout or damaged merchandise from others
- We do not match other’s credit terms and finance offers but we do offer our own financing options!
- Price matching on free items or bundle offers
- Senior citizen, military discounts and employee discounts (but ask us about our discounts!)
- Rebates, sales tax promotions, tax-free events, buy-one-get-one free sales
- Advertising pricing errors or misprints
- Coupons, including percent-off and dollar-off will be decided at our discretion.
- Pricing from bid and auction websites or other online stores
- Items previously purchased from us more than 30 days before a sale
- Specific excluded brands

What’s considered a local spa or medspa when requesting a price match?
This includes day spas and medspas located within a 10 mile radius of Pura Vida Fleming Island.
What qualifies as proof of a price when requesting a price match?
Please present the entire printed ad or a photo/photocopy of the ad. Digital versions of printed advertisements are accepted. Price match will take into account any shipping fees. For example, if a competitor is offering an item at $50 plus $10 shipping, the match price will be $60.
Does an item have to be in stock to receive a price match?
We can’t honor a price match request if items are out of stock in our store.
Can I apply the price match to a purchase of a large quantity of items?
Pura Vida reserves the right to limit requests to reasonable quantities. If you’re looking to buy a significant quantity of a specific item, please ask us to see if a volume discount is available.
Are there any products or services that never qualify for price match?
There are certain products and services that we are not permitted to discount according to the contract we have with the manufacturer. Usually, if we have a contract in place, so do others in the local market so they likely should not be discounting it either.
What should I do if I find an item or pricing error on Pura Vida’s Website or online store?
We reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors or omissions at any time without prior notice. If you find an error, please call us at 904-644-8586 and ask to speak with a manager. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Does the Price Match Guarantee apply to services?
YES! Our Price Match Guarantee does apply to matching services including, but these must be identical services. For example, if price matching a laser service, it must be the exact number of sessions and with the same quality device.
Is there a time limit in which I can receive the Price Match Guarantee?
Yes, the price match offer is good for 30 days from the date of your purchase.
