Olivia Rawls - Receptionist

Me Professionally:

My name is Olivia, the receptionist here at Pura Vida. Before joining the spa, I worked in the logistics industry where I honed customer service skills, which helped me keep daily operations running smoothly. Although I’m new to aesthetics, I’m learning and loving every moment of it. There’s a good chance that I might be the first person you see when you walk into our Med Spa. I manage the daily schedule for our 8 providers at our Island Lane location, answer phone calls, and respond to our patients’ texts. I also keep our staff on track and on time.

Me Personally:

When I’m not at work, you’ll usually find me at the beach or the lake. I’m passionate about surfing, wake surfing, and searching for shark teeth for my side business making necklaces. I also enjoy playing volleyball and pickleball with family and friends. I’m a super aunt to 9 amazing kids whom I love as if they were my own. I have a big, close-knit family, and I cherish spending my Sundays with them.
