It was my first time getting lip fillers, so I had a lot of questions and I initially was intending to get the Black Friday discount but was a little confused by the website and some specific details on how to get it. All the staff were very helpful and understanding and still honored the discount which I appreciated so much! A fantastic second time back, this time to their new location. I had a great first time a few weeks ago getting Xeomin by Brittany; it was awesome and painless! Today I meet with her medical assistant Jules for a emscuplt consult, she was amazing! She was very kind, warm and welcoming helped inform me on the treatment and set me up for my series of 6. Then I got my lips done by Brittany, I’m not new to fillers but I was never exactly satisfied with my results from my previous injector. Brittany was able to fill without dissolving and still give me an amazing shape I had been missing with the previous injector I went to and it was half the cost! She was also very light handed and patient the service didn't feel rushed, warned me anytime it was going to pinch a little more than usual. I definitely found my new injector and spa I will be going to going forward for all my esthetic needs. Love it here!!! The lady at the front desk was also so welcoming I just didn’t happen to get her name but she deserves a shout out too 💚 More

Today was my first visit to Pura Vida and definitely will not be my last. They have a wonderful room where you can sit and relax while your wait for your appointment, that even has a little bar area. There is a sauna and salt cave near the waiting area that I would love to check out, as they both looked awesome. Jessie performed my facial and she was excellent! The facial was very relaxing and refreshing. Would love to plan a girl's spa day here. Would definitely recommend checking it out if you haven't. More

I recently had Dermaplaning and a couple DiamondGlow facial. My experience from arriving through following up with the front desk before leaving was delightful. On a hot Friday afternoon in Florida, I had to ride my bike to my appointment. When entering the women who greeted me gave me water and set me up with cold towels and a robe before even checking me in. She was so sweet. Sherrida performed my procedures. She made sure I was comfortable and regularly checked in to ensure I was ok and not having any pain or concerns. She kept me informed throughout the process and gave great recommendations with explaining why. An added bonus was, not only was she friendly, she was funny. Great experience and looking forward to my next visit. More

This was my 3rd visit with Kallie. Normally I get a facial with derma-planing. Kallie had mentioned previously a chemical peel is a road we can take to clear up my sun scars and pigmentation. **not gonna lie I was pretty nervous at 1st**it’s very comforting to hear her confident voice as she performs step by step. The process was 1,2,3 and we were done! Before I left she answered all my aftercare questions. Explained the process my skin will go through over the next few days and how to treat it. I just had the most amazing facial! Firstly, Julie (the owner) is so helpful with scheduling your appointment. I’m establishing a skin care routine prior to my wedding in March 2022 and this place is so great. The facility is exceptionally clean and relaxing. I had just a bit of paperwork to complete after check in so I went to the back spa waiting room to complete that and within minutes I was introduced to Brittany. Brittany (who conducted my facial) was super knowledgeable in products and skin care. She took photos of my face and explained what underlying issues I’m facing so we could combat those together. So, after the photos we went back to start my diamond-glo. I changed in my room alone and then we got started. Brittany made me feel so comfortable and was very easy to talk to about my concerns during my facial. She had awesome recommendations and was never to “pushy” about products. Afterwards, I got redressed and guided to an office where they remit payment and set up follow up appointments. Everyone was so nice, helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and overall it was definitely WORTH IT! I’m in my early 30’s and said I would focus on skincare to assist with my aging process and this place will be my “go-to” moving forward. I just had the most amazing facial! Firstly, Julie (the owner) is so helpful with scheduling your appointment. I’m establishing a skin care routine prior to my wedding in March 2022 and this place is so great. The facility is exceptionally clean and relaxing. I had just a bit of paperwork to complete after check in so I went to the back spa waiting room to complete that and within minutes I was introduced to Brittany. Brittany (who conducted my facial) was super knowledgeable in products and skin care. She took photos of my face and explained what underlying issues I’m facing so we could combat those together. So, after the photos we went back to start my diamond-glo. I changed in my room alone and then we got started. Brittany made me feel so comfortable and was very easy to talk to about my concerns during my facial. She had awesome recommendations and was never to “pushy” about products. Afterwards, I got redressed and guided to an office where they remit payment and set up follow up appointments. Everyone was so nice, helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and overall it was definitely WORTH IT! I’m in my early 30’s and said I would focus on skincare to assist with my aging process and this place will be my “go-to” moving forward. Also, the place itself is super relaxing and VERY clean. It was a very comfortable setting. The service I had gotten was dermaplaning, and I got it done with Krissy(sorry if I misspelled lol). She was SO sweet, easy to talk to, she saw I was pregnant and made it more comfortable for me without me having to even ask, throughout the process she’d let me know what she was doing and would ask if I’m OK still , overall she was just a caring, careful, and friendly person. I would definitely go back to her again! I got dermaplaning done yesterday, so I was red and swollen from her getting my super deep clogged pores clean, but today my skin is SOOO smooth, not swollen, just a little red. Nothing hurts or burns, I put on my lotion and some serum and nothing hurt or burned. My pores look smaller already, my face looks smoother and cleaner. I’m so glad I got this done! I had IPL laser on my hands and forearms. There were some zingy moments but no actual pain and then came the ice water bath towels. SWEET! The other treatment was hydro therapy facial on my lower legs for super dry skin. The tech explained what she was going to do and how it worked. I was a bit surprised at a “scraping” sensation I felt. Again NO pain! I find all the staff to be very welcoming and personable. My wife (unbeknownst to me) signed me up for the "signature 50 minute massage". While initally a little apprehensive, I decided to give it a try. Judy is amazing! A truly talented therapist! I had IPL laser on my hands and forearms. There were some zingy moments but no actual pain and then came the ice water bath towels. SWEET! The other treatment was hydro therapy facial on my lower legs for super dry skin. The tech explained what she was going to do and how it worked. I was a bit surprised at a “scraping” sensation I felt. Again NO pain! I find all the staff to be very welcoming and personable. I know some about the procedures offered, but they all seem well informed and eager to educate. I am already thinking about my next visit 😍 More

They are very friendly and I enjoyed going to thr salt treatment. You just sit in a room that is relaxing and the salt air mists around you. I usually fall asleep. Pura Vida is completely wonderful. I loved the micronutrient treatments I’ve gotten. I felt like I had more energy when I got them regularly. My chronic pain improved. I have issues with my skin being itchy, and that got better. I would recommend that anyone with fibromyalgia, itchy skin, or fatigue issues give it a try. It’s the best thing I’ve tried so far for my overall health. The salt room is fabulous, so relaxing, and I think it’s helped my skin, allergies, and asthma. All the staff is amazing. A friend and I planned a girl's getaway recently and were very pleased with our first visit to Pure Vida Spa. From the initial phone call to select services and reserve our date, to our arrival and welcome to the services and all of the amenities, this rivaled big town famous spas. Every staff member was gracious and helpful, the waiting area and relaxation room room were very comfortable. We had visited a different salt room prior, this one is really nice! I will definitely visit again and bring more girlfriends for a fun Fleming Island spa, lunch and shopping afternoon. More

I absolutely LOVE this place!!! I recently started going for lymphatic drainage massages (post-op). Erika P. has been working wonders for me! She is very professional, personable, kind and extremely knowledgeable! I learned a lot about my body and how the lymphatic system works, just by chatting with her! I also met with Brittany, to discuss IV Vitamin Infusions and she's also very personable, kind and knowledgeable! I chatted with her for a while and discovered she's been in the nursing field for several years and brings so much medical experience and wisdom to this spa! I must also mention how polite and helpful everyone has been in the reception area, INCLUDING THE OWNER, Julie! She always greets me with a genuine, warm welcome each time I visit! When I first met her, she learned of my recent surgery and gave me additional information that would aid in my healing process. Such a benevolent soul! I visited Pure Vida on 10/17/2020 and it was absolutely wonderful. Full disclosure, I am 6.5 months (largely) pregnant. I started with an Essentials Facial. My aesthetician was fantastic, very friendly and did a great job. If you are pregnant, I suggest asking to move the bed/chair to an upright position. My skin felt smooth and very hydrated afterwards. Although I enjoy a good facial, my true love is massage. I LIVE for a good massage. My masseuse was amazing and friendly. While this is my third pregnancy, she still explained all my options for side positions. I splurged on the 80 minute massage and it did not disappoint. I was so relaxed, I fell asleep a few times. My masseuse even apologized for the loud conversation occuring outside my treatment room, but it didn't matter. I was in heaven. I have some varicose and spider veins on my right lower leg. She was so gentle and accommodating, it was incredible. This is my first experience at a medical spa. I was unaware of the gratuity rules. I hope my ladies receive a great bonus because they deserve it. I will definitely be back at Pure Vida in the future. More
