Pura Vida is my go to for all medical facials. Today Kara performed IPL and RF Microneedling on my face. She was amazing! Kara is exceptionally friendly and puts me to ease right away. Kara is amazing. I started the seratonin weight loss program and was very nervous and not sure about it or the results but at 7-8 weeks in I’m loving my results.
