I just had an incredible IPL laser session with Kara and Kelly today. I have rosacea and have used IPL for years to help reduce the redness. This is often a very painful laser treatment, but Kara and Kelly numbed my skin beforehand and used this incredible cold blower during the treatment that made it very close to pain free. It was incredible. I won’t dread IPL treatments ever again. This was the most comfortable I have ever been during a treatment. And my before and after photos truly demonstrated the effectiveness of this treatment. I highly recommend this medical spa and Kara and Kelly for IPL laser treatments! 5 stars!! More

I have had the most amazing experience with Brittany at Puda Vida. I initially went to see her two weeks ago to dissolve lip filler that had migrated from a previous injector I’d seen in the past. Two weeks later, I went back in to see her to basically reconstruct my lips from scratch. Before her, they were asymmetrical, lumpy, painful and had migrated a lot above my top lip. Brittany took her time to listen to my wants and expectations before she began injecting. The end result was absolutely beautiful. My lips look better than I could have pictured as I wasn’t sure achieving perfection was possible, but Brittany did it. I whole heartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a professional who absolutely knows what she is doing. I am so happy with my results and so happy that I found her. She fixed the way I look but more importantly the way I now feel. I have my confidence back! More

I chose Brittany for my first time with tox and filler (cheek & lip) last year, and went in for a tox masseter muscle touch up today. I made my original decision after consults with three other providers and I'm thrilled with my results. She answered all my newbie questions and talked through different options based on my desired outcome. On the day of, she walked me through each step, including what sensation to expect, and detailed follow up care. I also appreciate that she isn't trying to upsell anything - it's clear she cares about her work, and wants you to look YOUR best, and approaches with a light hand. My experience here at Pura Vida was magical and welcoming from the moment I walked in. From the beautiful boutique, welcoming faces, and aesthetically pleasuring atmosphere, to my initial consultation with Melissa, I was very pleased and the long drive from my home to the spa was well worth it. With very little knowledge, I initially went in thinking I wanted micro channeling done due to my acne scarring and redness. However, after sitting down with Melissa and explaining a little bit about my skin and what I want to ultimately achieve, she confidently recommended 3 sessions of a chemical peel (3 suitable to my skin needs/ concerns) which I have never had before. She thoroughly explained each step of the process, and explained everything financially with no pressure intended or forceful convincing how I have experienced from other spas and estheticians in the past… This made me feel 10x more comfortable and confident in her ability to help me with my skin journey. Her recommendation saved me money in the long run and she was overall very informative. During the treatment, I was relaxed and she was super gentle. My experience with the peel was overall a 10/10. When I first became a member, this place was awesome. But over the year or so that I was there, great employees started leaving en mass. I started receiving calls, saying they were running late and could not perform my full hour of services, but no extra service or minutes were offered to make me whole. They begin losing services I had paid for and it was only because I kept a logbook then I was able to recoup services I had receipts for. It just became too much. I actually did write a letter to the owner and her response to me was very unprofessional. This used to be a great place to go to, but I would not recommend it anymore. More

She (Brittany) is the most amazing injector I have ever had for my small lips! She has done things with them no one could before!
