Type of Yoga Practiced

Mind and Body classes are rooted from the Kripalu tradition. We begin each class with mindful and gentle warm-ups. The practice is thorough and static in nature, meaning you will not be required to get up and down frequently, yet you will do postures standing, seated, supine and prone. This methodology allows for ample time to explore safe alignment, breath awareness, deep stretching, stress relief, and body strengthening. Modifications will be offered for varying levels of flexibility and strength. Permission language is given to encourage the students to listen to their own bodies and rest when they choose to do so.

Days and time of yoga classes are Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7pm.  Cost $10 per class or $90 unlimited monthly.
